Your chimney questions answered
How often should I have my chimney swept
Most homes need a sweep once a year, ideally before the heating season starts. If you burn wood often or notice smoke backing up, we may recommend a second visit.
What does a chimney inspection cover
We check the flue, liner, damper, cap and the masonry inside and out, then walk you through what we find and what, if anything, needs attention.
Can you repair cracked or leaning chimneys
Yes. We handle masonry repairs, liner replacement, cap and crown work, and flashing fixes so your chimney stays safe and watertight.
Do I need to be home during the appointment
We ask that someone be home to let us in and review the findings with us, but most sweeps and inspections take under an hour.
How do I book a visit
You can book online through our booking page or send us a message and we will confirm a time that works for you.
